Terms and Policies

Cancellation policy:

Personal training time slots are limited and we strongly recommend that you pre-book online to reserve your time.

 

If you pre-book personal training and fail to cancel within the 12 hour period for personal training, the full payment will be debited from your account or taken off your pack.

 

Cancellations on pre-bookings can be done up to 12 hours before personal training to avoid the late cancel fee.

 

For a no show, will result in the session being debited from your nominated account.

 

Nutritional Coaching Policy:

Our nutritional coaching service provides a comprehensive plan that runs for either 6 or 12 weeks depending what is purchased, it is designed to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. From the start, we provide you with a personalised nutritional plan and information, and our coach is available throughout each week to provide guidance and support.

 

We want to ensure your success, and therefore, we have a policy in place that any missed or canceled weekly check-in calls will still be deducted from your purchased plan. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are happy to work with you to reschedule missed check-ins to another day within the week. However, consistent check-ins are an essential part of your progress and success, and we encourage you to prioritise them to get the most out of our service.

 

Refund Policy:

ACERO Gym does not issue refunds, but will issue credited sessions to your account.

 

Invoice Policy:

Invoices should be paid within 21 days or they may incur a late fee of 25%

At Acero Gym, we provide clients with tailored training and nutrition plans. However, results are not guaranteed if the plans are not followed as directed by our personal trainers and nutritionists. It is the client's responsibility to adhere to the plans and inform their trainer of any changes in their health status. Deviation from the plans may negatively impact results, and Acero Gym will not be held responsible.

By utilising our services, clients agree to this policy and understand that results are not guaranteed unless the plans are followed.
