2.2.1 Sessions scheduled outside the 12:00 am–12:00 pm window require a minimum of 12 hours’ cancellation notice.

2.2.2 Cancellations within the required notice period (late cancellations) may result in the session being forfeited at the discretion of the trainer or ACERO management.

2.3 Rescheduling Flexibility

2.3.1 Where a session can be reasonably rescheduled at a mutually agreed time, or where an alternative ACERO trainer is available and accepted by the client:

    •    The session will not be deducted as a late cancellation.

3.2 Late Trainer Cancellations

3.2.1 If a trainer cancels within the 12-hour period, a complimentary session may be offered at the trainer’s discretion.

3.2.3 Any complimentary session provided is a goodwill gesture from the trainer and offered from the trainer’s own time.

3.3 Substitute Trainer Policy

3.3.1 If the scheduled trainer is unavailable, ACERO may provide an alternative trainer of equivalent qualification and standard.

3.3.2 If the client declines the substitute trainer:

    •    The session will not qualify for a complimentary session.

3.4 ACERO’s Role

3.4.1 ACERO trainers operate as independent professionals under the ACERO platform.

3.4.2 While ACERO is not directly liable for trainer cancellations, we will make every reasonable effort to minimise disruption and support rescheduling.

4.3 Trainers may recommend additional equipment if required for client progress.

4.4 Clients must provide advance notice if smaller utilities (e.g., resistance bands, boxing gloves, dumbbells) are needed so trainers may bring them.

4.5 Travel costs are included in the session price.

5. Packages, Payments & Refunds

5.1 ACERO does not provide refunds for change of mind or unused sessions.

5.2 Refunds or credits will only be issued in accordance with Australian Consumer Law where services cannot be provided as agreed.
